There is some thought splashed on the floor to my right. Sort of shiny bluish black. Then some on the ceiling. Of course around my face, on my nose. Above my head i don't have a lid and i don't know what is going on.
Wait, are these things there. For me the thoughts are out there in space, as if they are physical objects. When you look at me do you see them? if i don't show any change on my facial expression would you even be able to conclude what is going on.
So 1 ) it is only inside my head. Good.
Wait. Inside my head? They are physically present there? Only chemicals.
Thoughts are not real as they appear.
It is a relief to see only what is there and nothing more.
